Tuesday: Burrito Bowl with choice of Adobo Chicken or Chipotle Steak with cilantro lime rice and choice of pinto or black beans, fajita peppers and onions, grilled corn, lettuce, jack cheese & pico de gallo

Wednesday: Kathy’s Italian Salad with grilled chicken, tomato, cucumber, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, fresh mozzarella, marinated mushrooms, olives, salami, pepperoncini, red onion, and croutons

Thursday: BBQ Pulled Pork with mac & cheese, collard greens, cornbread, watermelon
